Lessons Interest Form

When are lessons available?

Lessons are available on weekday afternoons and evenings.

Winter Session: 12-14 weeks (depending on lesson day)

Start date: Tuesday, Jan 2nd
End date: Friday, April 12th

Spring Session: 8 weeks

Start date: Monday, April 22nd
End Date: Friday, June 21st

Mid-session sign-ups are always welcome! Exact day and time availability fluctuates – contact us for current openings.

Where do lessons take place?

Lessons are held at the Beekman Violin studio – 1058 Kingstown Rd, Peace Dale, RI – through the Columbia Street entrance.

What instruments are available?

We are currently offering lessons on the violin, viola, and cello.

How long are lessons?

Lessons are typically 30 minutes.

How much does it cost?

Tuition per half-hour lesson: $33

Admin fee (per payment): $3

Tuition may be paid in a single full session payment or in 4-5 week installments, and can be pro-rated for mid-session registrations.

OTHER PROGRAMS

Chamber Music Readings

Our chamber readings take place intermittently on Saturday evenings and consist of trios, quartets, and quintets by both well-known and lesser-known Classical and Romantic composers. At least five years playing experience, and some experience in playing small ensembles is recommended.

Participation fee: $5 – waived for first timers and at readings with 4 or fewer participants.
