  • Instrument
  • Name of player
  • Player grade and strings program (if applicable)

  • Billing information

We collect this data solely to administer rental accounts and communicate with rental customers about their accounts, and do not sell customer data to third parties.

Automated Text Notification Opt-in/Opt-out:

Customers can opt in to receiving automated text notifications about their rental account when registering for their rental, or later by submitting a Contact List Sign Up form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers may receive up to 4 text messages per month (but more often will receive 0-1).

Customers can opt out of receiving automated messages from a phone number that we use to contact them by replying ‘STOP’. Customers can also reply “HELP” for assistance. Customers can update their notification preferences by submitting a Contact List Sign Up form with their updated preferences.

Data storage and retention:

Customer data is kept securely and is accessible only to authorized Beekman Violin personnel. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

Customers authorize Beekman Violin to retain data necessary to administer and communicate with them about their rental accounts for as long as their account remains active. We periodically review and delete inactive or outdated information to comply with privacy laws. At any time, customers can request a full copy of their data, and inactive customers can request their data be deleted, by contacting us.

We use reputable third-party providers, such as Square and Airtable, to securely process and store customer information in line with our privacy standards. These providers are committed to maintaining data protection standards and do not use your information for any purposes beyond our business needs.

Customers can request a full copy of their data with us any time by contacting us.
